50% off Sale
Monday, June 29, 2009
So this weekend was the kick-off to our big sister-store Clearance Sale
! Both Lavish, and our sister store Fiddlesticks
is offering a whopping 50% off ALL SPRING MERCHANDISE. Why? Out with the old and in with the new. We simply can’t wait to get our new fall merchandise in (especially all the new women's clothing!!!) and we need to make space!
We’re thrilled to bring our customers such sweet deals and the line outside of Fiddlesticks opening day gives us good reason to keep this tradition going…
And don't worry, the sale will be going on for at least a couple more weeks...until it's gone!!!
LA Fashion Market
Sunday, June 21, 2009
Last week I booked it down to L.A for Fashion Market in hopes of finding some great fall pieces for the store.
After wondering through dozens of showrooms, meeting with old and new vendors, I think its safe to say that we have a ton of great stuff coming in for the fall. Here are a couple sneak peaks photos of what’s to come...
And although I wasn't on the hunt for jewelry, I couldn't resist when I saw these pieces!!

Orla Kiely Stationery
Tuesday, June 9, 2009
In my dream world, everything would be Orla Kiely!! My walls, my refrigerator, my furniture & carpet, street signs, sidewalks, buses… etc.
We all drool over Orla Kiely bags, wallets and clothing but the reality is we can't exactly splurge every time we feel like it. That’s why Orla Kiely stationery is the perfect fix!
My personal favorite is the address book with it’s "oops I messed up stickers" A nice substitute to that mushy white-out. I know nobody uses an address book anymore but I like to think it adds a lil' charm to my life [and takes away the stress when I lose my cell phone].
And a couple more Lavish favorites...
Union Design Festival
Tuesday, June 2, 2009
Ooooh how we love any event that happens on our own stomping ground- Hayes Valley
Formally known as Capsule, The Union Design Festival in Hayes Valley hosted over 150 independent designers from all around the bay area. I like cruising the fair in hunt for new jewelry designers, and this year was definitely a success!
We found Odessa about 3 years ago at Capsule, and her jewelry
line Swan Dive
has been a Lavish favorite ever since!
A band even showed up to play in the park!!Jasper Hearts Wren
was selling our favorite felt onesies.
